Our story

“Shop with a smile” is not about the checkout.

It is about everything around it. The sizing that means what it says. The returns label already in the box. The fabric that survives the third wash looking like the first.

JassiZ started because getting dressed had quietly become a chore — too many choices, too little that lasted. So we went the other way: fewer pieces, better cloth, prices we can explain line by line. The smile is what is left when nothing has annoyed you.

We would rather you bought four things this year and still liked them in three.
Jassi Z., Founder

How it's made

Three promises we can be held to

01

Built to be re-worn

Every piece is wash-tested to thirty cycles before it ships. If a seam gives out inside two years, we repair it or replace it.

02

Priced in the open

Cloth, making, freight, duty, margin. Every product page shows the breakdown. No launch price that quietly becomes the sale price.

03

Made in small runs

We produce to demand in batches of a few hundred. Slower to restock, but it means nothing ends up in a landfill because we guessed wrong.

The launch palette

Four shades chosen so every piece works with every other piece. No orphan colours you can only wear one way.

Questions

Before you ask

When does the first collection drop?

14 September 2026, 09:00 GMT. The list gets in twenty-four hours before that.

What sizes will you carry?

XS through 4XL across every clothing piece — not a separate range, not a limited colourway. Each product page carries flat measurements in cm and inches, plus the model's height and the size they are wearing.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so nothing arrives with a surprise bill attached.

How do returns work?

Sixty days, free, both ways. The label is in the box. You do not need to email anyone to get it approved.

Where are the clothes made?

Two family-run factories — knitwear in Portugal, wovens in Bangladesh — both audited annually. Factory names and audit dates go live with the collection.
